What data we collect

When you enquire or book a viewing: name, phone, email and message content, plus a selected unit if provided.

Technical data when browsing: IP address, device/browser type, pages and actions — only if you consent to analytics or marketing cookies.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to enquiries and arranging viewings — steps toward a contract / legitimate interest in serving your interest in the homes (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)), with consent via the form checkbox.

Improving the site with analytics — only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Marketing measurement (e.g. Meta Pixel) — only with consent.

Retention

Enquiries are kept until correspondence ends and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 24 months), unless law requires longer.

Cookie-related data follows each tool’s retention and your choices; you may withdraw consent at any time.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by hosting, email and (with consent) analytics/ads providers — Google and Meta. Some may process data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and to withdraw consent without affecting lawfulness before withdrawal.

You may lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Bulgaria.
